Vomiting and diarrhoea occur within fifteen minutes of consumption. Also, since the seeds have a pleasant taste, there is a possibility of a greater effect on the health of children, "Srinivas cautioned about the evergreen tropical plant with thin stems.Thirteen members of Banjara (nomadic) community who were hospitalised at Kollegal taluk hospital in Chamarajanagar were discharged in a day. One kid with intellectual impairments was kept in observation before being released, district health officer, Chamarajanagar, Chidambara S told TOI.He said
members of the neighborhood remained in Kollegal for sugarcane-cutting work.
